AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, ARTICLE I,
SECTIONS 9 -2 AND 9 -3 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1971.
1. SECTION I: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
2. SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
3. All of Chapter 9, Article I, Section 9 -2, except the number
4. and title thereof, is hereby deleted and the following is inserted
5. in place thereof:
6. (a) The 1970, Second Edition, of the BOCA Basic Fire
7. Prevention Code with supplements thereto, as promulgated
8. by the Building Officials and Code Administrators
