AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $48,000..00.
FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND FOR PROJECT CS4 -1973 - NORTHEAST STORM
SEWER DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, engineering plans and specifications for two
areas are needed for the separation of storm and sanitary sewers;
and,
WHEREAS, funds are now needed for these engineering
plans and specifications on the following project; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund
has been established,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $48,000..00 be appropriated
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the
project described below:
Project CS4 -1973
Area 1. Bounded by Corby Blvd. on the North,
Logan Street on the east, McKinley
Highway on the south and Morris Park
Country Club on the west.
Area 2. Adjacent and along side Ironwood Road
between Edison Road and South Bend
Avenue.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments.
