ORDINANCE NO. ,5"177-13
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING
GARAGE FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1973
TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH
THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER
190 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1955.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. For the payment of the costs of maintenance,
operation, repair and all other incidental costs and expenses in
the operation of the off - street parking facilities of the City of
South Bend, Indiana for the year 1973, the following sums are
hereby appropriated:

Assistant Supervisor

Cashiers and General Labor

SECTION II. In the event that the Board of Public
Works and Safety is separated pursuant to Ordinance 5390 -72,
then in that event, the funds shall be appropriated to the
Board of Public Works.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council of the
Civil City of South Bend Indiana and its approval by the Mayor.
