ORDINANCE NO. 5456 -72
AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $29,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND
OF THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE
FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS IN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND: 73 "PROPERTIES ", $15,000.00;
44 "OTHER MATERIALS ", $14,000.00; ALL BEING WITH-
IN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed
since the adoption of the annual budget so that it is now neces-
sary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the
various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary
conditions; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Fund for "properties" and "other materials ",
and to assure that Fund's ability to properly perform its
functions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $29,000.00 be appropriated
from the General Fund of the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
to the following accounts and in the amounts set forth below;
Account 73 "Properties"
Account 44 "Other Materials"
SECTION II. This ordinance shall
effect from and after its passage by the
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment
requirements for emergency appropriations
