ORDINANCE NO. 5447 -72
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING 1,660.00 FROM ACCOUNT
12 "OTHER COMPENSATION" TO ACCOUNT 252 "REPAIR
OF PARTS ", BATH BEING WITHIN THE PARKING METER
FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing dnaual budget so that it is now neces-
sary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual
budget for Account 252 within the Parking Meter Fund; and,
WHEREAS, a surplus exists within Account 12, also within the
Parking Meter Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the sum of $1,660.00 be transferred from
Account 12 "Other Compensation"
to
Account 252 "Repair of Parts"
both being within the Parking Meter Fund.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.
