ORDINANCE NO. 5442 -72
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE NO. 5413 -72 BY APPROPRIATING
FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND $32,500.00 AS THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND'S SHARE FOR THE LOCAL ROADS AND
STREETS PROJECT 49
WHEREAS, The City of South Bend must provide not
less than 25% of the cost of Local Roads and Streets Projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section I.
That Ordinance 5413 -72 be amended and supplemented by
appropriating the following sums from the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund as the City's share of the Local Roads and Streets
Project 49
From Services Contractual in CCIF - - - - - - - - $32,500.00
Project No. Location Amount
R & S 49 Bendix Drive from Lincolnway West
(U.S. 20) north to the Chicago,
South Shore & South Bend Railroad
Crossing. $32,500.00
Section II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
