ORDINANCE NO. 5441 -72
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE NO. 5403 -72 BY APPROPRIATING
FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND $75,000.00 AS THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND'S SHARE FOR THE LOCAL ROADS AND
STREETS PROJECTS 47 AND 48
WHEREAS, The City of South Bend must provide not
less than 25% of the cost of Local Roads and Streets Projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section I.
'Tha��ance 5403 -72 be amended and supplemented by
appropriating the following sums from the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund as the City's share of the Local Roads and Streets
Projects 47 and 48.
From Services Contractual in CCIF - - - - - - - - $75,000.00

R & S 47 Main Street from Chippewa Ave.
to Bronson Street and Chipewa
Ave. from Main Street to Michigan
Street. $45,000.00
R & S 48 Preliminary engineering for
reconstruction of Ironwood
Drive and for widening
Ireland Road. $30,000.00
$75,000.00
Section II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from an a er its passage and approval as required by law.
