ORDINANCE NO. 55 57 - -23
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE MOTOR
VEHICLE HIGHWAY BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,000.00 BETWEEN
VARIOUS ACCOUNTS, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE MOTOR
VEHICLE HIGHWAY BUDGET.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing budget for the Motor Vehicle Highway Department,
so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in
the original budget for two accounts to meet such extraordinary conditions;
and
WHEREAS, a surplus exists in two accounts of the Motor Vehicle
Highway budget, which is not presently needed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $4,000.00 be transferred between
various accounts as set forth below:
