ORDINANCE N0. 5-S5-9 -93
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $32,438.00
FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND.
WHEREAS, a retention basin has been constructed
pursuant to a contract between Crestwood Management Co. and
the Civil City of South Bend; and
WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the city's
share of the cost of land acquisition and construction of
said project; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund has been established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $32,438.00 be appropriated
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the
project and in the amount set forth below:
Crestwood Management Co. - Retention Basin
Construction - - $32,438.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments.

Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should go
to the Council favorable, as amended below:
The amount of $32,195.00 be amended to read
$32,438.00.
