AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $72,711.00 FROM
VARIOUS ACCOUNTS IN THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FA -2
"DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM" TO ACCOUNT 266 "OTHER CONTRACTUAL
SERVICES ", ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE DRUG ABUSE
PROGRAM, DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT-
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed
since the adoption of the existing budget for the Drug Abuse
Program, so that it is now necessary to administer it under a
Contractual Service; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for transfer from various
accounts to Account 266 "Other Contractual Services ";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section I. That the sum of $72,711.00 be transferred
between various accounts as set forth below:
