AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
BUREAU OF WASTEWATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND VARIAN INSTRUMENT DIVISION, LOUIS-
VILLE, KENTUCKY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODEL
1200 ATOMIC ABSORPTION /FLAME EMISSION SPECTRO-
PHOTOMETER, IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,744.40.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Waste-
water of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Varian Instrument Division,
Louisville, Kentucky, on the 20th day of June 1973, pursuant to advertis-
ing and receipt of bids for the purchase of a Model 1200 Atomic Absorption/
Flame Emission Spectrophotometer, in the amount of $9,744.40, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
