AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO _A& *BRINGING..WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State
of Indiana, being contiguous to the present City limits, is hereby annexed to
and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana:
A part of the northeast quarter of section number thirty (30), in
township number thirty -seven (37) north, range three (3) east, de-
scribed as follows, viz:
Beginning at a point 40 feet north and 225 feet west of the southeast
corner of the northeast one - fourth of section thirty (30) township
thirty -seven (37) north range three (3) east; thence northerly along a
line parallel to the center line of Ironwood Road a distance of 205
feet; thence easterly along a line parallel to the center line of
Ireland Road a distance of 175 feet; thence northerly along a line
parallel to the center of Ironwood Road a distance of 175.42 feet;
thence westerly a distance of 450 feet; thence northerly a distance
of 420.42 feet; thence westerly a distance of 511.20 feet; thence
southerly a distance of 420.42 feet; thence easterly a distance of
310.83 feet; thence southerly a distance of 380.42 feet; thence east-
erly along a line parallel to the center line of Ireland Road a distance
of 475.37 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
TO: THE HONORABLE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Nohl and Betty Lueneburg, 53282 Crestview Drive, South Bend,
Indiana, respectfully show that they are the owners of the following described
real estate located in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, which said real
estate is adjacent and contiguous to the City of South Bend, Indiana, to wit:

from the date that this Petition is filed, for the purpose of annexing said

MEMORANDUM ACCOMPANYING PETITIONS TO ANNEX AND REZONE
The Petitioner, Nohl Lueneburg, has made application for a Plot
Plan and a list of residents that live within 300 feet of property set
forth in his Petitions to rezone and annex. These documents will be
supplied as soon as received.
In addition, the Site Development Plan is in the process of
being completed and will be furnished as soon as possible.
