AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE BUREAU OF WASTEWATER OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND PACKARD INSTRUMENT
COMPANY, INC., DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A MODEL 8087 (419 SERIES)
GAS CHROMATOGRAPH SYSTEM, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$7,268.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Waste-
water of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Packard Instrument Company,
Inc., Downers Grove, Illinois, on the 4th day of June 1973, pursuant to
advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of a Model 8087 (419
Series) Gas Chromatograph System, in the amount of $7,268.00, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
