AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU
OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND
MEADE ELECTRIC COMPANY, MISHAWAYA, INDIANA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$15,249.75.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of
South Bend, Indiana, and the Meade Electric Company, Mishawaka, Indiana,
on the 14th day of May, 1974, as the purchase of same is required in the
operation of said Bureau of Water in a total quantity and a total cost not
to exceed the quantity and cost itemized for each classification hereafter
listed in the total amount of $15,249.75, is hereby approved and confirmed:
