GAMMON Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 5 l / /-/ -'73 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE BUREAU OF SOLID WASTE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1974, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1974, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of Solid Waste for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1974, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject to the conditions provided in this Ordinance, such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION II.
