AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$3,798.02 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING
AND SINKING FUND.

WHEREAS, the Beale Street Local Sewer has been
constructed pursuant to a contract between Dye Plumbing and
Heating Company and the Civil City of South Bend; and
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the
amount of $7,322..04, of which $3,524.02 was paid on the twenty -
third of April, 1971; and
WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the City's
remaining share of the assessed cost of said construction; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund
has been established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $3,798.02 be appropriated
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the
project and in the amount set forth below:
Beale Street Local Sewer Construction - $3,798.02
Dye Plumbing and Heating Co.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments.
