ORDINANCE NO. 5607 -7,3
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF $1200.00 FROM
ACCOUNT NO. 120.0 "SERVICES PERSONAL" TO ACCOUNT
NO. 224.0 "WATER- CONTRACTUALS ", BOTH ACCOUNTS
BEING WITHIN THE CITY CEMETERY DEPARTMENT BUDGET
OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND -r
INDIANA.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now
necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the
annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet
such extraordinary conditions; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the City Cemetery
Department to purchase water supplies and to assure that Department's
ability to properly perform its functions; and
WHEREAS, a surplus currently exists in Account No. 120,
"Services Personal" where it is not now presently needed,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $ 200.00 be transferred from
Account No. 120 "Services Personal" to Account No. 224 "Water- Contractuals ",
both accounts being within the City Cemetery Department Budget of the
General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, and its approval by the
Mayor.
