AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -689 AS AMENDED
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA (Chapter 40, Municipal Code).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning
classification of the following described real estate in the City of
South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana:
Lots Numbered Three Hundred Sixty -two (362), Three
Hundred Sixty -three (363) and Three Hundred Sixty-
four (364) as shown on the recorded Plat of
Hillcrest Addition to Navarre Place:
be and the same hereby is established as a "B" Residential Use
District and "A" Height and Area District subject to revised site
development plan dated June 25, 1973.
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and
legal publication.

In Re: A proposed ordinance and site development plan of
Armand and Katherine Rigaux to revise a previously
approved site plan, property located at 150 West
Angela Boulevard, City of South Bend
Gentlemen:
The attached rezoning petition of Armand and Katherine
Rigaux was legally advertised August 11, 1973 and August 18,
1973. The Area Plan Commission gave it a public hearing
August 21, 1973, at which time the following action was taken:
"Upon a motion by Roger Parent , seconded by Joseph
Bajdek, the petition of Armand and Katherine Rigaux
to zone from "B" Residential to "B" Residential with
the revised site plan was carried and returned to
the Common Council with a favorable recommendation
by the Area Plan Commission."
The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and
points considered in arriving at the above decision are shown
in excerpts of the minutes and will be forwarded to you at a
later date to be made a part of this report.
