AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $600.00 FROM
THE PARKING METER FUND TO ACCOUNT 430.0
"REPAIR PARTS ", WITHIN THE PARKING
METER DEPARTMENT, CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
WHEREAS, additional funds are required above those
previously appropriated to enable the Parking Meter Department
to properly perform its functions; and
WHEREAS, a surplus exists within the Parking
Meter Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $600.00 be appropriated
from the Parking Meter Fund for the Account set forth below:
ACCOUNT # DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
Materials 430.0 "Repair Parts" $ 600.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements.
