AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $3,900.00 FROM
THE MUNICIPAL BONDS OF 1971 TO THE GENERAL
SINKING BOND FUND, BOTH FUNDS BEING WITHIN
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated for the General Sinking Bond
Fund; and
WHEREAS, $3, 900.00 may be appropriated and transferred
from earned interest on the proceeds of the Municipal Bonds of 1971 fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $3,900.00 be and hereby is
appropriated row m the Municipal Bonds of 1971 and transferred to the General
Sinking Bond Fund.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the
Mayor.
