BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. In the event that any or all sections of the ordinance setting minimum and maximum salaries is determined to be contrary to law, then, and in that event, the maximum salaries as set forth in this ordinance shall be the salaries for the classifications to which they pertain. SECTION III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
