GAMMON Clerk // T ORDINANCE NO. ,S' 7 8 p_ 7 r AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $57,033.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE CIVIC CENTER PROJECT, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Civic Center Authority to administer the Civic Center Project and to insure the Authority's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1975. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $57,033.00 is hereby appropriated for the year of 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. You will note that this budget includes the normal items related to this type of staff work,i.e., salaries, space rental, and office supplies. This budget has been prepared so as to conform to the standardized City accounting procedure. A detailed explanation of this budget is being prepared and will be forwarded as soon as it is completed.
