CITY OF SOUTH BEND Reply To: South Bend, Indiana 46601 Jerry J. Miller Mayor December 11, 1974 William P. Hojnacki Director, Human Resources and Economic Development Mr. Peter J. Nemeth President South Bend Common Council South Bend, IN 46601 Dear Mr. Nemeth: The ordinance concerning the appropriations for the NIDAS Residential Treatment center represent a twelve month operations budget plus three months rent for current Bartlett street location. The fact that we are asking for only three months rent is, I believe, evidence of our commitment, (The Administration, NIDAS, MDAC, and the St. Joseph County Mental. Health Center) to continue our search for an alternate location of Delos House. You can be assured that a final decision on the matter of location will be made shortly. Sincerely, 0 -,G ,GC. /// William P. Hojnacki WPHfet
