South Bend, Indiana 46601 Gentlemen: Reply To: September 29, 1975 The City's Youth Services Bureau needs $5,000 to continue operation until January 1st, 1976. As you know, the City with the Council's approval has approved a $46,000 budget for Y.S.B. for 1976. So far in 1975 the Youth Services Bureau has received only $25,000 in revenue sharing as compared to $46,000 in 1974. The reason for this was we expected to receive funds through the Federal "Bayh Bill" pertaining to Juveniles. This money has not been forthcoming, so we cannot make it to the end of the year without your support. Sincerely, Michael D. Carrington Director of Public Safety
