This meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee had but one item on the agenda, a
request to vacate two stub alley remnants. Each runs approximately 56' North from an East /West alley
Georgiana and Duey St. The request was initiated by the City and presented by Mike Danch of Danch
Harner & Associates for the City.
At Chairman Oliver Davis request Mr. Danch provided Councilmembers a plot plan (attached) illustrating
the vacation requests. There was no one from the public present, nor were there any Council questions.
On a motion by Valerie Schey seconded by Gavin Ferlic and unanimously supported bill 58 -13 was sent
to full Council with a favorable recommendation.
Oliver adjourne a hearing at 3:33 P.M.
