Agenda: Tour 1005 Portage Ave. (Tip Top Bakery)
After a brief introduction of the dozen or so present Karen Ainsley, President of the Near Northwest
Neighborhood Organization (NNN) briefly described the restoration project.
Everyone intending to tour the Ward /Ford Building across the street from NNN offices was asked to sign
a release of liability form. The group proceeded to the building to begin the tour after the
approximately one half hour walk through some of the group returned to the NNN offices to see
architect's renderings of the completed project.
Chairman Gavin Ferlic adjourned the meeting at 4:41 P.M.
