ORDINANCE N0. s-F60 -75
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,000.00 FROM THE
CO1MJNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND, FOR VARIOUS
PUBLIC PARKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC PARKS.
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of
Public Parks to administer certain public parks programs and to insure
the department's ability to properly perform its functions during the
year 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend as follows:
SECTION I. The sum of $75,000.00 is hereby appropriated for
the year 17T£rom the Community Development Grant Fund. This approp-
riation is to be administered by the Department of Public Parks and will
be distributed as set forth below:

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

listed. Most of the Council has reviewed the proposed plans of the
three park sites and to get these three projects started, I am re-
questing the Council to approve the ordinance for the park work.
I. Southeast Side Park:
