ORDINANCE NO. S- 84/a - -2 -
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $5,000.00
FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND FOR PROJECT CS9 -1975 MIAMI HIGHWAY SANITARY
SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, engineering plans and specifications are needed
to construct the following project; and
WHEREAS, funds are now needed for these engineering plans
and specifications on the following project; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund
has been established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $5,000.00 be appropriated from
the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project described
below:
CS9 -1975 Miami Highway Sanitary Sewer Extension
Total this Appropriation
$ 5,000.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
