ORDINANCE NO. S' -1 (�
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5906 -75, AMENDING SECTIONS 20 -18 and
20 -55, CHAPTER 20, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC,
IN THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 5906 -75, in Section III, shall
be amended to read as follows:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements and publication as required by law.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by
the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements and
