AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION
OF $1,140 FROM THE URBAN REDEVELOPMENT
FUND TO SERVICES CONTRACTUAL ACCOUNT #269
FOR SECOND YEAR RENTAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, that:
SECTION I. the sum of $1,140 be appropriated from the
Urban Redevelopment Fund to Services Contractual Account #269
for a second year Rental Assistance payment to Case Unit # 280
(Relocation Division - Bureau of Housing) in accordance with
the Indiana Relocation Assistance Act of 1971, Section 7, as
amended.
SECTION II. this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the Mayor.
