AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER p
FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1976 TO THE BOARD FILED IN CLERK'S OFFICE
OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH
THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 208 OF THE
ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF 140V 3 1975

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND.
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
SECTION I. For the payment of the costs of
maintenance, operation, repair, and all other incidental costs
and expenses in the operation of mechanical parking devices
for the year 1976, the following sums are hereby appropriated:

forth therein, in accordance with Chapter 208
of the Acts of the General Assembly of the
State of Indiana of 1965.

I am submitting the proposed 1976 budget for the operation of the
Parking Meter Collection and Repair Department as requested by
November 1, 1975.
We are proposing the same level of operations as in 1975, with
proper adjustments to salaries and budget experience.
