GAMMON Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 5-9a 5 -75" AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER p FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1976 TO THE BOARD FILED IN CLERK'S OFFICE OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 208 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF 140V 3 1975 INDIANA OF 1965 Irene Gammon BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. SECTION I.
