ORDINANCE NO. 5910 -75
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE
SANITATION FUND FOR THE BUREAU OF SOLID
WASTE ACCOUNT #321.0, "GASOLINE ", IN THE
AMOUNT OF $8,000.00.
WHEREAS, additional funds are necessary to carry
out the function of the Bureau of Solid Waste for 1975; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitation Fund has a sufficient cash
balance to support this appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. The following sum is hereby appropriated
out of the Sant tion Fund:
Account No. Description Amount
Gasoline 321.0 Gasoline $8,000.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements for emergency

ACCOUNT #722.0, "MOTOR EQUIPMENT ",
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,300.00.
Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should be
recommended favorably to the Common Council, as amended:
Delete all reference to Account #722.0, "Motor Equipment ",
in the amount of $1,300.
