GAMMON Approved and signed by me r -- a9, igZL- Clerk S/E Corner of St. Joseph St. & Ireland Road ORDINANCE NO. 6031 -76 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 21, Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A part of the North One -half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East described as beginning at a point 918.56 feet East of the inter- section of the East line of the Michigan Road and the South line of Ireland Road in the North half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 25; running thence South 300 feet; thence West 177.2 feet; thence North 300 feet; thence East 177.2 feet to the place of be- ginning and being known as Lot Numbers 11 & 12 in a proposed plat of said North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East. Subject to legal highways. be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial and A Height and Area District, subject to the approval of a final site plan, which indicates an access easement which is aligned with commercial development to the east. SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal publication. (SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ST. JOSEPH AND IRELAND ROAD. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion This ORDINANCE be recommended favorably, as amended, to the Council. Amend the ordinance in the sentence directly above section two by putting a comma after District, and adding "subject to the approval of a final site plan which indicates an access easement which is aligned with commercial development to the east.
