ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,100 FROM THE
URBAN PLANNING ASSISTANCE FUND, FOR VARIOUS
HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED
BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS
DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources in the name
of the City of South Bend has received the approval of the United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development to execute
certain activities to improve the Department's planning
capabilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend as follows:
SECTION I. The sum of $25,100 is hereby appropriated
for the year from July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977 from the Urban
Planning Assistance Fund. This appropriation is to be administered
by the Department of Human Resources and will be distributed
as set forth below:
