ORDINANCE NO. EGGS- %fe
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has received a grant
from the Department of Housing and Urban Development under
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, the application for such funds allocated
funding for various Redevelopment Department programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend:
SECTION I. Expenditures for the following redevelopment
rehabilitation programs are approved in accordance with the
budgets stated:
Project R -66 and the LaSalle Park Project R -57
for Contractual Services ..................$200,000
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor.
