AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND
WAGES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WITHIN
THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR
THE YEAR FROM JULY 1, 1976 TO JUNE 30, 1977.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That effective July 1, 1976, to June 30, 1977,
the maximum salaries and wages for the following appointed officers
of South Bend, Indiana, shall be:
