AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:

That the following described property in St. Joseph County,
State of Indiana, being contiguous to the present City Limits, is
hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 2:
Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the North-
east 1/4 of Section 30, Township 37 North,
Range 3 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
described as beginning at a point on the
South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4, 803.98 feet West of the
Southeast corner thereof, which point is
on the centerline of a highway known as
Ireland Road; running thence North 420.42
feet; thence West 207.22 feet; thence
South 420.42 feet; thence East 207.22 feet
to the place of beginning.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
