AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND A. H. CHOITZ, INC., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODEL GRR 1605 AIR COMPRESSOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,608.00. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of the City of.South Bend, Indiana and A. H. Choitz, Inc., South Bend, Indiana, on the 7th day of June, 1976, pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of a Model GRR 160S Air Compressor, in the amount of $4,608.00, is hereby approved and confirmed. SECTION II. Stancati TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL June 14, 1976 SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of One Model GRR 160S Air Compressor The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common Council which will approve one Contract for the purchase of a Model GRR 1605 Air Compressor. Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to A. H. Choitz, Inc., South Bend, Indiana by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 7th day of June, 1976. The total amount of this purchase is $4,608.00. John F.
