SUBJECT: Error in Resolution Numbering - Resolution No. 3170
Last meeting a public hearing was held on Resolution No. 3170, appropriating funds from
the Certified Technology Park Fund for the payment of certain obligations and
expenses related to the Certified Technology Park. Resolution No. 3170 was actually
approved September 26 and set the public hearing to be held October 10. The
resolution that was approved following the public hearing should have been
numbered 3172.
Staff requests action to correct the numbering to Resolution No. 3172.
