AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MONEYS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DEFRAYING THE CETA TITLE VI EXPENSES OF THE DE-
PARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1977, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1977, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLI-
GATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE
EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. For the expenses of the Department of Employment and Training
Tor the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1977, the following sums of money
are hereby approved and ordered set apart out of the funds hereinafter
named, and for the purposes hereinafter specified, subject to the laws
governing the same. The sums herein approved shall be deemed to include
all expenditures authorized to be made in said year, unless otherwise
expressly stipulated or provided by law.

A BILL approving moneys for the purpose of defraying
the CETA Title VI expenses of the Department of Employ-
ment and Training for the fiscal year beginning January
1, 1977 and ending September 30, 1977, including all
outstanding claims and obligations, and fixing a time
when the same shall take effect.
