a. Appraisals of City -owned property in connection with land sales
made through the City Attorney's office;
b. Work with the City Controller's office relating to City insur-

c. Gathering information and legal descriptions on all City property
for a list to be made available to departments of the City
and kept current on a month -to -month basis (per the City

d. Future planning requiring real estate services due to the lack
of a city real estate in -house staff.
e. Clerical work required to assist in getting the above services
performed promptly and - other miscellaneous items.
We have some funds in our Revolving Fund which can be used for this pur-
pose but we need the Urban Redevelopment Fund authorized by the City
Council to enable us to perform this work for the City and make the charges
to the Urban Redevelopment Fund. At the present the Revolving Fund has a
balance of $10,627.70 which can be used for these purposes.
