The need in Account 440 is to purchase ammunition supplies to prepare ammunition for training purposes during the winter months and to purchase additional latent fingerprint kits. The depart - ment has purchased all of the radio equipment anticipated for the year 1976. The surplus in the account would be most help- ful in the 440 account allowing us to get the other materials discussed this year. Placing such an ordinance on your Agenda for November 8, 1976 would be most helpful. Respectfully submitted, Michael C.
