GAMMON Approved and signed by me rpc-� . a & , zg.2& Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 6066 -76 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW ACCOUNT, 724 "RADIO EQUIPMENT" AND TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $600.00 FROM ACCOUNT 215 "CAR ALLOWANCE" TO THIS ACCOUNT, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE COMMON COUNCIL BUDGET, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget for the Common Council, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government, to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Common Council to establish Account 724 "Radio Equipment" to assure that department's ability to perform its functions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in other accounts where it is not presently needed and more specifically as follows, to -wit: Account 215 Car Allowance $ 600.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $600.00 from Account 215 "Car Allow- ance" be transferred to the following account: Account 724 Radio Equipment $ 600.00 The above accounts are within the Common Council Budget of the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements.
