GAMMON Approved and signed by me no e-t4 /.. - / y t9 —L rI Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 6058 -76 AN ORDINANCE INCREASING VARIOUS ACCOUNTS AS SET FORTH BELOW IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,800.00 AND DE- CREASING ACCOUNT 110.0 "SALARIES" IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,800.00. ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Bureau of Fire Protection, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for the various func- tions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for certain accounts within the Bureau of Fire budget to assure that department's ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, funds exist in various accounts of the Bureau of Fire Protection which are not presently needed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $27,800.00 be transferred between various accounts as set forth below: REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT Account Description Amount 110.0 Salaries, Reg. $27,800.00 INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS Account Description Amount 221.0 Electric Current 2,000.00 262.0 Medical,Dental & Surgical 10,000.00 263.0 Laundry & Cleaning 300.00 323.0 Tires & Tubes 500.00 430.0 Repair Parts 5,000.00 540.0 Clothing Allowance 10,000.00 $ 27,800.00 SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. Passed as amended, October 11, 1976
