Agenda: Bill No# 33 -13 Transfer Departments
Bill No# 34 -13 Appropriations Departments
Bill No# 35 -13 Appropriations Enterprise Funds
Dr. David Varner, Chair of the Personnel & Finance Committee with a quorum present called the
meeting to order with three bills up for review. They were bill 33 -13, bill 34 -13 and bill 35 -13.
As City Controller Mark Neal explained these bills were the result of mid -year review of each
department's budgets. The required mid -year adjustments were reflected in these bills.
The Controller's presentation prompted some discussion, primarily the enterprise fund appropriations
for the costly CSO project mandated by the EPA. Mark promised a CSO project update. With that and
the Controller's compliance the Council decided to continue all their money bills until the next meeting
on August 26tH
Dr. Varner adjourned at 4:46 P.M.
