ORDIANCE NO. 64'23-7 7
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING GARAGE
FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1978 TO THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH
THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 190 OF THE
ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF
INDIANA OF 1955.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. For the payment of the costs of maintenance
operation, repair, and all other incidental costs and expenses in
the operation of the off - street parking facilities of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, for the year 1978, the following sums of money
are hereby appropriated:
