AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $26,500.00 FROM THE
ANTI — RECESSION FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE
COUNTER — CYCLICAL GRANT, FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
Additional funds are needed to administer the City's Vehicle
Maintenance Program, and to ensure its ability to properly
perform its functions during the remainder of 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The sum of $26,500.00 is hereby appropriated
for the year 1977 from the Anti - Recession Fund, commonly known
as the Counter- Cyclical Grant. This appopriation is to be
administered by the Division of Transportation and will be
distributed as set forth below:

$26,500.00 from the Anti- Recession Fund.
This sum of $26,500.00 will be administered by the Division
of Transportation, and is being appropriated to ensure that
the Vehicle Maintenance Programs will be able to function
properly through the balance of 1977.
