RE: Revenue Bond Application
Eugene C. Muia
Dear Gentlemen:
Application of a Revenue Bond Issue for Three Hundred
Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars for and on behalf of EUGENE C.
MUTA, has been made to construct a convenient shopping area on
the property located on the west side of South Ironwood Drive
between Randolph Street on the North and Eastwest line 35 feet
North of the North line of Calvert Street on the South, South
Bend, Indiana.
The purpose of this building will be to sell at retail
various products and /or services to the general public. It is
estimated that this new facility will result in the employment
of approximately 10 new employees initially, with a gross annual
payroll of $145,000.00.
This expansion will mean an increase in employment. It
is properly zoned and it will be a further expansion of business
here in our South Bend area.
Respectfully,
