The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Executive Session on Monday, September 9, 2013, at
8:10 a.m. The meeting was held in the Police Station Training Room, 701 West Sample Street, South
Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6. 1 (b)(6)(A) regarding Disciplinary Action.
Board President Patrick Cottrell and Board Members Laura Vasquez, John Collins, Eddie Miller, and
Luther Taylor were present. Also present was Attorney Cory Hamel. The meeting adjourned at 10 :15
a.m.
