The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 with
Board President Patrick D. Cottrell and Board Members Laura Vasquez, John Collins, and Luther
Taylor present. Board Member Eddie Miller was absent. Also present were Legal Counsel Joseph
Simeri, Board Attorney Andrea Beachkofsky, and Attorney Douglas Grimes. The meeting was held
in the Police Department Auditorium, South Bend Police Department, 701 W. Sample St., South
Bend, Indiana.

CONTINUATION OF HEARING OF CHARGES NO. 2013-01 — THEODORE ROBERT
This was the date set for the continuation of the Hearing of the above Charges. A Court Reporter was
present from Midwest Reporting to record the Hearing.
